Besides countless souvenirs and hand-crafted products, Phu Quoc night market is a paradise on earth for food lovers. From seafood, rustic snacks, street foods, to beverages, this place has it all.
Significantly, the live seafood (fishes, scallops, etc.) is put in a large water tank. So to order, just choose any live swimming creature, tell a local vendor how you want it to be cooked (grilled, fry, steamed, etc.), as well as flavors (spicy, sweet, etc.), and ready to be served.

A water Puppet show was initially created in Northern Vietnam, from the 11th century, during the wet rice civilization. But now, after years of development, this exclusive show is widely performed in several of Vietnam’s cities to spread the rich traditions of folk arts.
