Highly recommended! I was a bit nervous about paying in advance but they are totally trustworthy. Well organised, professional and very good communication (both in english and french) using phone, whatsapp and emails. Our guide Mr Le Tin was knowledgeable and friendly. The driver was driving carefully and the car was comfortable. Amazing customer centric attitude: my father was turning 81, I don’t know if I had mentioned it in passing or if they noticed it on the passport but they came that day to pick us up with a beautiful present nicely wrapped!

The trip around Hanoi was so wonderful. Enjoy the Hanoi's food so much. The weather was a little bit hot, but the "hot" Hanoi was more attractive. Thanks Hoang for your dedicated services. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful time day trip from HaNoi to Ninh Bình , Trang An, Mũi Cao . The tour guide was excellent and funny. He showed me some of the best places to photograph. I’m going to back to HaNoi in April . looking forward to visiting Ban Gioc waterfalls with this company.

We booked a Vietnam Trip with a local travel agent, and we have no regrets at all.
Sending them an email request about the trip and Hoang Dinh gave us excellent recommendation. He was patient and always responded us within a few hours. The actual trip once we were in Vietnam was perfectly planned.
We never had to worry about the pickup time, the schedule or flight. All the guides and drivers knew exactly what needed to be done, and they did everything to make sure we get the experience we were promised.
It was truly a hassle free holiday. We would definitely use AMA Journey again when traveling.

Our Vietnam trip was wonderful! We traveled as a group of 9, all of our hotels were nice with excellent breakfast and very central location, we were walking distance from many interesting sites. All the guides were helpful, thorough and knowledgeable, providing information about anything we asked and many things we did not know about your culture, costums and people. Hoang organized one of the most memorable Vietnam private tours for my family
It was a fantastic itinerary for my family of 4 adults and 2 kids,with private English speaking polite and friendly guides throughout our various stays and airconditioned private vehicle.
Since their patience and skills had an influence with us all in making our tour a success. Their customer service was really excellent. We will make another trip with them to Cambodia soon.
