Mai Chau trekking Hang Kia, Pa Co - Pu Luong

Starting from Hanoi city. At 8.00 our Ama Journey’s tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel to depart to Mai Chau.

On the way, stop at Thung Khe pass to admire the spectacular view of the valley with rice fields and villages before arriving in Mai Chau at noon time.

Only 150km away from Hanoi, Mai Chau valley is an unmissable place to relax and visit the local White Thai ethnic, discover their culture, daily life and beautiful landscapes.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local family in the village. Take a short break before strolling around the Lac, Na Pon, Poong Com village with peaceful traditional stilts houses next to each other without any fence.

Seeing rural work on the rice fields, encountering local people and visiting the weaving craftsman’s family.
Return to the accommodation in the late afternoon. Having a hot shower before enjoying a cozy dinner in a comfortable peaceful atmosphere that could not be described in words.

After breakfast at homestay. Depart from Mai Chau and head to Pa Co, a Hmong village nestled near the Moc Chau plateau. If it's Sunday, enjoy the lively local market full of colors and ethnic charm.

Trek through traditional Hmong villages to Hang Kia commune, surrounded by plum orchards, rice terraces, and forested hills. Visit a local family, school, and dispensary to connect with authentic highland life.

Having a lunch in a local family, descend into the peaceful Cun Pheo Valley. In the afternoon, transfer back to Mai Hich for dinner and restful night at a local homestay.

Breakfast at homestay.
Transfer to Pu Luong nature reserve. On the way we will have a trek from Eo Ken village to Ban Hang village. Our car will pick up at Ban Hang and keep drivingto Pu Luong.

Having lunch and relaxation before enjoying a trekking along the valley of this beautiful region. Down to Don village and following the trail to the Chom Uoi and Chom Lan village.
This amazing trekking will bring to you the changing of landscapes from rice terraces to ponds, streams and the mountain range. Keep enjoying the walk to Pho Doan. Meeting our driver and transfer to Hanoi.
